Rabia Nur Dönmez is an instructor at the School of Foreign Languages at OSTIM Technical University. She earned her bachelor's degree with honors in English Language Teaching from Necmettin Erbakan University and completed her thesis-based master's degree in English Language Education at Başkent University. In addition to her academic background, she worked as an English teacher at a private institutional school, gaining valuable experience in teaching English to learners of various age groups. She also studied English Philology at the State University of Applied Sciences in Krosno, Poland, through the Erasmus+ exchange program, further enriching her international academic perspective. Her research interests include teacher mindset in ELT, digital game-based language learning (DGBLL), gamification, virtual reality (VR) in language teaching, teacher education and cognition, and the integration of artificial intelligence into ELT. Dönmez has presented her work at international conferences, contributed to TÜBİTAK-funded projects, and participated in various teacher training programs. Her academic research focuses on exploring the relationship between teachers’ mindsets and their classroom practices in EFL contexts.
