Instructor İlker Kabakçı (Curriculum Unit Coordinator)

M. İlker Kabakcı received his first bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Political Science at Ankara University in 1999. After graduation, he worked and served in various public institutions for 11 years as a reporter and auditor. He earned his master's degree from the University of Georgia, USA, in 2022 and completed his PhD up to the candidate level at Hacettepe University. In 2022, he obtained his second bachelor's degree from the Department of Foreign Language Education at Middle East Technical University. He worked as a part-time instructor at Atılım University during the 2022-2023 academic year. Since then, he has been working as a full-time instructor at the School of Foreign Languages at OSTİM Technical University, where he has also served as the coordinator of the Curriculum Unit since the Spring 2024 semester.
