Hüseyin Yıldırım is an instructor at OSTİM Technical University. He completed his undergraduate degree in English Language Education at Marmara University and his master’s degree in ELT at Gazi University. After his undergraduate studies, he successfully completed the "Teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language (TESL/TEFL)" program (3 months) and the "Basic & Advanced English Language Instructor Course" (6.5 months) in the United States. Since 1986, he has taught at the National Defense University, İnönü University, and, between 2013 and 2023, at Gazi University’s School of Foreign Languages. As of September 2023, he has been teaching at OSTİM Technical University’s School of Foreign Languages. He has participated in numerous ELT conferences, including a one-week in-person TPRS (Teaching Proficiency Through Reading and Storytelling) training led by Stephen Krashen, with Karen Rowan, Linda Li, and Jason Fritze, and a three-day IHES (International Higher Education Symposium) featuring prominent educators from various international universities.
