Eylül Naz Bakmay is a lecturer at the School of Foreign Languages, OSTİM Technical University. She graduated from the Department of English Language Teaching at Çağ University in 2022 and completed her master’s degree in English Language Teaching at the same university in 2024. Her thesis focused on the motivation and job satisfaction of EFL instructors. During her master’s studies, she gained experience by giving private lessons to secondary and high school students. Her academic interests include the professional motivation of EFL instructors, motivation-oriented approaches in English language teaching, and the efficiency and professional satisfaction of EFL lecturers in educational institutions.
