Dear Students,
As of 22 December 2025, presenting a student ID card will be mandatory for entering the university campus.
Students who have not yet received their student ID cards should apply to the Student Affairs Office in the Main Building to collect them. If the student ID card has not been issued yet, students are required to obtain an official student certificate bearing a stamp, signature, and photograph from the Student Affairs Office.
Students who fail to present either a student ID card or a photo-bearing student certificate will not be allowed to enter the campus.
All necessary procedures must be completed by Friday of next week.
