Dear Students,
We are pleased to announce that the first edition of Languo Proficient, the final book in our Languo coursebook series, has been published and is now available for purchase. The book was developed entirely within the Preparatory School of the School of Foreign Languages, with the contributions of and under the coordination of our academic staff.
This book introduces several features, many of which are being included in the series for the first time:
· It is a comprehensive revision and exam preparation book designed for the English Proficiency Exam.
· It has been designed both for classroom use and for students’ independent study through the QR codes included in the book.
· It contains three full-length practice exams.
· It offers comprehensive revision tests, activities, and exam practice covering reading, writing, listening, grammar, and vocabulary development.
· Supplementary information and practice sets focusing on the relevant language skills are provided in the appendices.
· General revision tests covering all levels of the English Preparatory Program in accordance with the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) have been included, with particular emphasis on the upper-intermediate level (B2), which is the proficiency level.
As of today, the book can be obtained from Mr. Bünyamin ZAN’s office within the Financial Affairs Office (Ayniyat Saymanlığı), located on the ground floor of the university building.
