Dilan Çetin is an Instructor at OSTİM Technical University’s School of Foreign Languages in Ankara, Turkey. She currently holds the position of Coordinator of the Educational Technology Unit at the School of Foreign Languages. She completed her Bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching at Middle East Technical University (METU) NCC, graduating with honors, and was awarded a full education scholarship. She also earned her Master’s degree in English Language Teaching from METU in 2023. Throughout her academic career, she has received multiple honors and awards, including the METU Honor and High Honor Certificates. Dilan holds a TEFL certificate with 420 hours of training and has extensive experience in English language education, having taught at various institutions, including the Middle East Technical University Development Foundation Schools and Maya Anatolian High School. Her research interests primarily focus on teacher turnover, teacher training, educational technology, and the use of AI in education. She has authored and co-authored several publications, including her Master’s thesis on "English Language Teacher Turnover and Attrition in the Turkish Context." She has also contributed to multiple unpublished manuscripts on topics such as lexical complexity in student writing and the use of technology among English teachers in the Turkish K-12 context. She has presented her work at national and international conferences, including the 12th Linguistics Student Conference and the 12th Workshop Festival at METU.
